All major credit cards are accepted. All orders will be shipped via USPS within 24 hrs of full payment receipt, sometimes the same day. Large orders may need an extra day. Secure Bubble Envelope will be used for seeds and bulbs.
We will only ship to the address matching the payment card you use. If you would like to have it sent to another person (I.e gift) please contact us before you order.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY: If for some reason you are not satisfied with what you've received you must email us within 2 days of receipt and tell us the reason. We will then attempt to make the situation right. If nothing can be done to rectify the matter we will then offer a full refund for the product after the package and all it's content are returned to us through the mail. Shipping is not refundable unless the error falls with us. See details below:
Seeds:
Some seeds require advanced experience in growing. We provide germination guidelines and recommend that you do some research before ordering if you feel unsure. Growing plants from seed is supposed to be fun. Sometimes it is successful and sometimes not- this is the way it is with gardening. Because we are not there to plant them, we cannot be responsible for germination failure due to improper planting or climate conditions. Growing guidelines or germination aid are included as a courtesy to assist, not as to guarantee success.
Rare and exotic plant material comes generally with challenges; we do supply extra seeds, in case you would like to try different methods. While we do provide species specific growing guidelines, seed products depend on many important related grower skills such as storage, proper planting time, type of soil, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides and reasonable environment conditions during the growing period. Germination is also affected by factors such as temperature, planting depth, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are completely out of our control and are your responsibility and risk. If this is not acceptable, please do not purchase. Due to the nature of the item, no additional guarantees are given, no refunds or replacements. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Plants, Cuttings, Bulbs:
If the item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for an exchange or refund. Picture is required. We cannot be held liable for unattended deliveries. Due to the nature of the item, no additional guarantees are given, no refunds or replacements. Live plant orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship at your own risk. We will send a courtesy email requesting to confirm shipment. We do not ship live plants to P.O. Boxes.

Custom Orders:
Customized orders or personalized orders require a final customer approval and are non refundable. If the items arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. Picture is required.
Wrong Address/Returned Mail: Please check to make sure your address is correct while placing your order. We cannot be held liable for packages that are returned to us by the Postal Service due to wrong or insufficient addresses, supplied by you the buyer. A refund for a non perishable item will be considered if it is returned to us un-opened. Must show "delivered" on the USPS tracking website.
In all cases, Shipping is non refundable, unless the error falls with us. We cannot be held responsible for errors of the Postal service or unattended deliveries. Please consider purchasing insurance to prevent any losses. Thank you for your understanding.

Seeds are meant for planting only. Before you intend to consume any flowers, herbs or vegetables, be sure to check with a health care professional for any allergies you may have. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to covid19, we currently ship international on a case by case basis only. Please inquire within.
►►►Beginning April 6, 2020, our credit card processing company is no longer returning fees from the original transaction when refunding a customer in full. If a full refund is requested by the customer from us, for reasons that we have no control over (i.e. you change your mind, provide wrong address etc) we will pass that fee on to you and deduct a 5% restocking fee of the total before issuing a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please make sure your email server can accept our response to your email request, or you wont get it and might feel ignored. Our seeds are not “Certified" Organic.
